Trauma-Informed Somatic Yoga:

Mondays starting July 15th 6:30pm-7:30pm $30

Perfect for all levels. Families welcome. This transformational class focuses on increasing awareness in the body, breath and mind as we slowly move to regulate the nervous system. The class will include somatic self-regulation exercises, as well as yoga, breathing and meditation. All exercises are gentle and all students are encouraged to exercise choice and healthy boundaries in their practice. This class is perfect for anyone new to yoga, those wanting to support their existing therapy or bodywork sessions, or those wanting to develop a better relationship with themselves and their bodies. Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation:

Mondays starting July 15th 7:30pm-8pm $20

Perfect for all levels. Yoga Nidra is a deeply profound practice of progressively relaxing the body, mind and breath to release chronic tension, stress, and to reprogram the mind and nervous system into greater calm and ease. Those students with stress, a history of trauma, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, adrenal issues, and really almost any health issue are encouraged to attend. Class is done in a reclined position with some breathing and gentle movement at the start of class. A good yoga nidra is worth about 2-3 hours of sleep, so please consider attending for your health!
